Final Painting, color thumbs, character thumbs, and a final character render in a Japanese Animation style
A hunted librarian ventures into the lower city, and through the markets of the middle city, in order to escape the upper city's controlling influence and propaganda, eventually discovering an abandoned library at the ground level.
This is set in a rustier sci-fi world influenced by (but is not actually in the style of) steampunk.
